Aylesford

The Medieval Village of Aylesford is nestled on the banks of the River Medway, at the foot of the North Downs. It has been designated a conservation area to retain its historical character and has an interesting and varied housing stock. The village boasts popular eateries and public houses, as well as a coffee shop and a village primary school. Outside the village, is Aylesford Secondary School and Aylesford Retail Park with Sainsburys supermarket and retail superstores. Aylesford has its own train station and has road links to both the M2 and M20 motorways providing access to London. The County Town of Maidstone is approximately 4 miles away, where a multitude of retail, educational and recreational facilities can be found.

Eccles

The semi-rural village of Eccles is surrounded by farmland and enjoys access via footpaths across the surrounding countryside. The village has a primary school, convenience store with post office and a recreation ground with children's play area and skate park.

Larkfield

The large village of Larkfield has a multitude of amenities including a chemist, library, banks, post office, leisure centre, supermarkets, primary schools and a doctor's surgery, as well as many other independent shops, pubs and restaurants. It has a recreation ground with basket-ball facility and boasts the 250 acre Leybourne Lakes Country Park, with numerous sports on offer such as scuba diving, windsurfing and kayaking. It is conveniently situated for Junction 4 of the M20 and has its own train station at New Hythe.

Ditton

The village of Ditton has an infant and junior school and other local amenities, such as a post office, village store, public houses and a parade of independent shops. It has a sports and social club offering a multitude of sports from football to croquet.

Burham

The village of Burham is situated on the foot of the North Downs and has a Primary school, doctor's surgery, bakery, service station with convenience store and a number of public houses. It sits astride the old Pilgrims Way and has many walks through farmland and woodland within the Kent Downs area of outstanding natural beauty.

Wouldham

The riverside village of Wouldham has a primary school, recreation ground, convenience store, a number of public houses and a church believed to date back to the 11th Century. The village enjoys access to the surrounding countryside by various public footpaths as well as national trails and borders the Kent Downs designated area of outstanding natural beauty.

Borstal

The village of Borstal is situated on the banks of the River Medway outside the Historic City of Rochester. The village has a marina, primary school, village hall, recreation ground and a convenience store.

Leybourne

The village of Leybourne has a primary school, shopping parade with various shops, public house, restaurant and a village hall. It has good access to the popular market town of West Malling, with its old pubs, eating houses and unique shops. In nearby West Malling you can also enjoy the popular Manor Country Park, with its lake, picnic site and thriving wildlife. Leybourne has road links to Junction 4 of the M20 whilst the nearest mainline station can also be found at West Malling.

Allington

Allington is situated on the outskirts of Maidstone and boasts various sought after primary educational establishments, with further secondary schools being close by. The area has a Waitrose supermarket and many other independent shops at The Mid Kent Shopping Centre. It has access to the 10km of riverside walks that are Maidstone Millennium River Park. Within the larger park is Whatman Park which has many family facilities including adventure play areas, a tree top walk, a skate park and an open area river stage. It has road links to Junction 5 of the M20 giving access to London and the coast.
